Caring for animals has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. As a child, I would always want to help the weakest, smallest or sickest animals as I loved to nurse them back to health.
As this desire to help animals grew over the years, pursuing a career in the veterinary field seemed like a no-brainer. I obtained my Bachelor of Science at Université Sainte-Anne in 2016, as well as my Veterinary Technician Diploma at the Dalhousie Agricultural Campus in 2020. I also passed my Veterinary Technician National Exam (VTNE) in 2020. As a recent graduate, I love to learn and cultivate my newly acquired skills and, with the help of my kind and supportive coworkers, I am glad I made the choices that brought me here.
Throughout the years, I've had multiple pets including dogs, guinea pigs, birds, fish and degus but my first pet was a mixed breed dog named "Alf". A fun fact about me is that I have an artsy side!
